We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place in downtown Montreal. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The concierge, Felipe, went above and beyond to provide us with helpful recommendations and assistance. Plus, having a refrigerator in our room was a great convenience.
